These Property Bylaws were established by the KW Chin Community Organization (KWCCO) to govern the management, borrowing, and use of community property during the 2022–2024 term.

1. 01

   All property owned by the KW Chin Community Organization (KWCCO) shall be managed and supervised by the appointed Property In Charge.

2. 02

   Property owned by KWCCO shall not be loaned out for personal or individual use.

3. 03

   KWCCO property may only be borrowed under the name of an organization, ministry, or group—not by individuals.

4. 04

   Any person or organization borrowing KWCCO property is fully responsible for its care while it is in their possession. If any item is lost or damaged, the borrower must replace it with the same item or an equivalent new item and return it to the Property In Charge. If replacement is not possible, the borrower must reimburse the full original purchase price, including applicable taxes.

5. 05

   Anyone using KWCCO sports uniforms or other community property is responsible for their proper use and care. If damage or loss occurs during an official sporting event or activity conducted under the name of the KW Chin Community, KWCCO will assume responsibility. However, if the items were borrowed without notifying or obtaining approval from the Property In Charge, the borrower will be fully responsible for reimbursing the full replacement cost.

6. 06

   After every event or activity, all sports uniforms and community property must be returned directly to either the Property In Charge or the Sports In Charge.

7. 07

   All borrowed sports uniforms and community property must be returned within seven (7) days. If they are not returned within this period and are subsequently found to be lost or damaged, the borrower shall be required to pay the full replacement cost.
